                    ADMISSIONS AND RESERVATIONS POLICY OF ARROCERIA CASA ANNA

1. Aim The purpose of this policy is to establish the conditions and guidelines under which admissions and reservations are managed at Arrocería Casa Anna, guaranteeing a transparent and equitable process for all our clients.

2. Bookings

• Reservations can be made over the phone, through our website, or in person at our location.

• To confirm a reservation, additional information such as phone number or email address may be required.

• Reservations will be kept up to 15 minutes after the agreed time. If the customer does not arrive within that time and has not contacted the restaurant, the reservation may be cancelled.

• For groups of more than 10 people, we request that the reservation be made by phone or in person at our location.

• A deposit may be required to guarantee the reservation.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for the deposit (if one has been made) to be returned.

• In case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the reservation, Arrocería Casa Anna reserves the right to retain the deposit.
